C. Michelle Clemmens, an associate attorney at Taub & Marder, Esqs., has been with the law firm of Taub & Marder since September 2005. Ms. Clemmens graduated Cum Laude from Syracuse University in 2002, receiving a B.A. in both Journalism and Political Science. An alumnus of Fordham University School of Law in New York, class of 2005, she served on the International Law Journal and participated in the Fordham Student Sponsored Fellowship. Since being admitted to the bar of the State of New York, 1st Department, in 2006, Ms. Clemmens has worked on and garnered substantial settlements in cases across the firm's wide range of practice areas, including construction accidents, motor vehicle cases, medical malpractice, and premises liability. In addition to prosecuting cases at the State Supreme Court level, Ms. Clemmens has written numerous successful appeals in the 1st and 2nd Departments. She also works on a large portion of the firm's Federal practice, after being admitted in both the Southern and Eastern Districts in 2007, and has successfully participated in the prosecution of several sexual assault and harassment cases under the Federal Law. Ms. Clemmens is currently a resident of the Upper West Side, where she serves as President of her Co-Op Board.
