Kenneth Marder is the managing partner of the law firm. He is a 1975 graduate of the State University of New York at Albany, and he received his 1979 J.D. degree from New England School of Law. In 1980, he was admitted to the New York Bar and Eastern and Southern District Courts. He is also a member of the American Bar Association.
