Elliot H. Taub, a partner in the NYC litigation firm of Taub & Marder, Esqs., has achieved acclaim as a trial attorney having obtained numerous multimillion dollar verdicts and settlements. He has lectured in the field of medical malpractice and is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, and New York & Nassau County Bar Associations. He is a 1969 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, recipient of a Masters degree from Hunter College of the City University of New York in 1972, and a 1977 New York Law School graduate. He was admitted to practice in the New York Courts in 1978 and Eastern and Southern District Courts in 1979.
