Chad Ayoub, an associate attorney at Taub & Marder, Esqs., has been with the law firm of Taub & Marder since July, 2005. Mr. Ayoub graduated from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business in 2001, receiving a B.S. with a double major in Business Legal Studies and Marketing, and was named to the School's Dean's List his final three semesters. At Indiana, Mr. Ayoub was a member of the Sigma Zeta Chapter of the Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity and served as a Senator in the University's Student Association.
Mr. Ayoub graduated from Hofstra University's School of Law in 2004 with Concentrations in Civil Litigation and Corporate & Commercial Law, and served on the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal as a Research Editor as well as the Hofstra Law School Faculty Computer User Committee as a Student Representative. While in law school, Mr. Ayoub was a Research Assistant for one of the law school's professors, a summer intern at the Nassau County District Attorney's Office, a summer extern in the Chambers of a Court of Claims Judge & Acting Supreme Court Justice in Suffolk County and a law clerk in a real estate law firm.
Since being admitted to the Bar of the State of New York, 2nd Department, in 2005, Mr. Ayoub has worked on and garnered substantial settlements in cases across the firm's wide range of practice areas, including construction accidents, motor vehicle cases, medical malpractice, and premises liability. In addition to prosecuting cases at the State Supreme Court level, Mr. Ayoub has written appeal briefs and motion papers for cases before the Appellate Division. He also works on Federal Court matters and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Prior to working at Taub & Marder, Mr. Ayoub worked at a Manhattan plaintiff's personal injury law firm where he gained extensive experience in class action, mass tort litigation.
Mr. Ayoub is currently a resident of Manhattan's Upper West Side, serves on the Hofstra University School of Law's Recent Alumni Committee (Institutional Advancement Sub-Committee) as well as the Indiana University Alumni Association's Metro NYC Chapter Board (Big Ten Conference Liaison Committee Co-Chairperson).
